Root Farm pH Test Kit is compact and easy to use. Add three drops of the patented detector fluid to a small sample of irrigation water. Compare obtained solution colour to the supplied pH colour indicator chart. With the kit, you can measure pH from 4.0 to 8.5. The useful irrigation pH range for vegetable growing is 5.5 to 6.5. You’ll need to adjust with an acidifier if pH is above 6.5. If below pH 5.5, your irrigation water isn’t suitable for growing without increasing pH to at least 5.5. Most gardeners find they need one kit per growing season.
