A delightful new shape of Cosmos with extra-large, single and semi-double flowers in white and shades of pink up to 12 cm across. Petals are fused together forming a unique bowl shape around a bright yellow centre. Charming plants for any landscape and a butterfly favourite! Blooms mid-summer to frost. Matures to 90 cm garden height.
How to Grow
It is preferable to direct seed cosmos in the garden although one can start them inside if desired 4 weeks before planting out. Choose a sunny site with well drained soil and sow the seeds 3-6 mm deep in mid to late May. Thin to 30-40 cm apart when the seedlings are 5-8 cm tall. Germination occurs in 10-14 days.
