This is a very popular dwarf green with spoon-shaped petioles topped with dark green leaves. A culinary favourite braised, sautéed or used in stir fries and soups.
How to Grow
Best planted directly outside in mid-spring. Baby Pak Choi does best in a sunny site with moist, rich soil. Sow seed 6 mm deep and 2.5 cm apart in the row with the rows 45 cm apart. Thin to 30 cm apart. Germination occurs in 5-10 days.
