Small 15 cm stocks with white petioles that contrast sharply with succulent dark green leaves. A mini-Pak Choi.
How to Grow
Best planted directly outside in mid-spring. Toy choi does best in a sunny site with moist, rich soil. Sow seed 6 mm deep and 2.5 cm apart in the row with the rows 45 cm apart. Thin to 30 cm apart. For successive crops, sow seed every two weeks from mid-April to late June. Germination occurs in 8-12 days.
