OSC Seeds Shipping Policy
We’re committed to getting your seeds and gardening supplies to you quickly and affordably! Here’s what you need to know about our shipping process:
Shipping Costs & Delivery Estimates:
Shipping costs and estimated delivery dates are calculated and displayed at checkout. We ship via courier with tracking information to any Canadian address.
Order Processing Time:
Orders typically ship from our Kitchener-Waterloo, Ontario facility within 3-4 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. If you haven’t received tracking information after this time, please contact us.
Shipping Savings with Seed Packets!
Save on shipping with every seed packet you add to your cart! Each seed packet reduces your shipping cost by at least $0.72. This discount applies to seed tapes, packet-sized items, and any Aimers International product. Adding seed packets to your order will even reduce shipping costs for other items like gram-sized seeds, bulk seeds, and garden accessories! (Please note: Gram-sized seeds, bulk seeds, and garden accessories do not qualify for the shipping discount on their own; they must be purchased in conjunction with eligible seed packet items.)

All orders are processed and shipped from our production facility in Kitchener-Waterloo, Ontario.

OSC Seeds works with reliable and economical couriers across Canada to ensure your order arrives safely and efficiently. Due to past delays and reliability issues, lettermail and other discounted shipping options are no longer available.
Important Shipping Notes:
- Business Days: Business days do not include weekends, holidays, or the day your order is placed.
- Tracking Your Order: Once your parcel leaves our facility and is in transit, OSC Seeds no longer has direct control over its delivery. You can track your package using the tracking number provided.
